• • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required payment is received.

  • Package inclusions and exclusions are as mentioned on the respective package page or booking confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct personal and travel information and carrying valid required documents.

  • The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, transport delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Additional expenses arising from personal requirements or changes requested by the customer will be borne by the customer.

  • Accommodation and transportation are subject to availability and may be substituted with comparable arrangements when necessary.

  • Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Advith Yatra will make reasonable efforts to provide the services confirmed for the booking and assist customers when unforeseen travel disruptions occur.
