Cancellation & Refund Policy

• • Cancellation requests must be made through our official phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and genuine non-refundable charges paid to third-party service providers.
  • Train, flight, hotel, permit, transportation and other supplier charges may be subject to their respective cancellation rules.
  • No-show or voluntary withdrawal from a trip may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If Advith Yatra cancels a trip, customers will be informed of the available refund or alternative-arrangement options, subject to the circumstances and applicable terms.
  • Delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural events, government restrictions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control will be handled based on the amounts recoverable from the relevant service providers.
  • Approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 business days.
